My personnel belief is that the Beast will be a person. It is predicted that an attempt will be made on the life of this person. This person will miraculously survive the attempt.
Could this person's "survival" really be a biomedical event? Could the Beast be a mix of human being and supercomputer?
The definition of Beast is a living thing - we attatch the negative connotations. "Anti" means subsitute. Thus anyone looking for a hideious monster who is against Christ will easily be misled by the Anti-Christ. For those who do not beleive that they could be misled by an Anti-Christ, look at what Adoplh Hitler was able to do.
